Effective leaders are visionaries who can inspire innovation in the organization by motivating their team members to reach beyond their potential. Effective leader create a shared vision to unify those around them, build processes to foster collaboration, and recognize each individual’s unique strengths and weaknesses to best deploy their skill sets to solve complex problems.
